Our packages will give you the perfect starting point to plan all the logistics of your big day. You can select what rooms you like, how much planning help you may need, and the best hospitality options for you and your guests.

Whether you are planning a smaller gathering or you have a large guest list we have a room option that will suit you.
Once you know what package you are looking at you will see options for Wedding Coordination and Wedding Planning. Each ‘starting from’ price includes Wedding Coordination but you can upgrade to a Wedding Planner if you wish.
A lot of venues often offer you a ‘Wedding Planner’ that supports the organisation of your wedding six months before the big day. Many would tell you that this is more of a venue liaison role than a full wedding planner role. Here at The Green Room, we do things a little differently to ensure you get the best support possible for your big day.
Our connection with Blooming Róża means we can offer you the perfect level of planning, support and venue styling, alongside the excellent event space and bar services The Green Room team provides..
Blooming Róża is a Kent-based wedding styling and planning service. They specialise in creating weddings that are not only stunningly styled but run as smoothly as possible. Maisie, their Lead Planner, is The Green Room’s Wedding Coordinator and works closely with the venue to ensure your wedding day is planned correctly and that all the little elements are in place for you to shine through,
Alongside basic venue styling from The Blooming Róża team, you can pick your level of wedding planning support with your package. If you love the planning process yourselves and rather go for support with the coordination of your day, we recommend the ‘Wedding Coordinator’ option. If you want support with planning the finer details of your day, including quote sourcing from suppliers and researching the best options for you, we recommend the ‘Wedding Planner’ option. This means Maisie will give you the full support of a wedding planner. You can find more details about this in our brochure (hyperlink).
Regardless of what option you pick, Maisie and the Blooming Róża team will ensure your venue layout has all the crucial elements of wedding styling, including table linens, chair decor, and your ceremony layout. Maisie will also be contactable throughout your wedding journey to ensure your venue questions are answered and to help you choose the perfect catering options.
